We finally rode the train. (Click the play button above.)
The short version of this train ride starts in the Stockyards, goes south past downtown, right past my neighborhood, then turns around and goes back to the Stockyards. It is about an hour round trip.
It was fun. I always wondered what the route for this excursion is as I have had to stop at train crossings for this before. Now I know!
